The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 392 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 61444 of 2019 vide order dated 15.10.2019, Cr. Misc. No.60376 of 2019 vide order dated 24.10.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 65210 of 2019 vide order dated 24.10.2019. The petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64757 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 08.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.96 of 2019.
