The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 363, 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that daughter of the informant has been kidnapped. She appeared and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal procedure. She has stated that she was never abducted or kidnapped but she out of her own volition has gone to Sasural and living there.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18995 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Laxmi Mahto, Bhulan Manto and Dasrath Mahto, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.32 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
