====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the deceased died in an accident which took place on Ara Sasaram Highway near Sudhni More, which is evident from Annexures-3, 4, 5 and 6. No occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has ever taken place and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66698 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.
