The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1279 of 2019 arising out of Tarari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63926 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 1279 of 2019 arising out of Tarari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
