In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.245 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., one Shambhu Sharma was involved in the illegal trading of liquor and the present informant had informed this fact to the Police and on account of which, it has created mess of the business. Allegation has been made that petitioners' side assaulted Ranjeet Sharma mercilessly.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14545 of 2018 (3) dt.19-04-2018 Main allegation has been made against Shambhu Sharma. Co-accused Shambhu Sharma and Chhotu Sharam have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.12812 of 2018 vide order dated 10.04.2018. Looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, District- Aurangabad, in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.245 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
