JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49907 of 2017, whereby and whereunder above named petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 906 of 2016 pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently the fathers name and address of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned in the petition for bail as also the Vakalatnama, and accordingly, the same mistake crept up in the order granting anticipatory bail, and as such the same may be corrected.

As prayed for, learned counsel is also permitted to make

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14522 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 necessary correction in the cause title of the present petition. In view of the above, let the father's name and address of the petitioner be read as "son of Vishwanath Singh, resident of Patilhee, P.S. Sadar Hajipur, District- Vaishali" in place of "son of Late Ram Prayag Singh, resident of village Raghopur, P.S. Jurawanpur, District- Vaishali".

Further, the time granted for surrender is also extended by another four weeks from today.

The order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49907 of 2017 stands modified to the above extent.
