2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that Muskan Kumari, the deceased, was married with one Mohit Kumar. It is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is further alleged that she was killed by administering poison. The informant was given information on 30.06.2025 regarding her illness. When he reached there, he found that his daughter was no more.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the father-in-law and main thrust of allegation is against the husband. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025.
5. The learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.294 of 2025.
