2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 238 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the husband of the informant was working at his field and at that time the petitioner also went on the fields. There was no other member of the family there on the field. Some dispute arose between them and it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with kudaal on the head and fist of the husband of the informant due to which he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant has filed a petitioner before the learned C.J.M. that police has got her signature on a plain paper and that the petitioner is her relative. She has further stated that there was no dispute with the petitioner and this fact has been admitted by the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 21.07.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
