2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 320/2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 64, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.').

3. As per FIR, the son of the petitioner, who was in relation with the informant for long seven years refused to marry her.

In that reference, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the implication of this petitioner appears out of her relation with main co-accused, namely, Sanjeet Yadav, who is said to be in live-in relation with the informant for long seven years. It is submitted that implications also alleged the background of land dispute. Petitioner is a lady

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions as the thrust of allegation available against the named co-accused, namely, Sanjeet Yadav, and the implication of this petitioner appears being mother of the main co-accused as discussed aforesaid coupled with the fact that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Siwan, in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.320/2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.')/under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.S.').
