Although the writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the authorities of the Commission to publish the result of examination held by the Commission for selection and appointment of Agriculture Coordinators in the Agriculture Department but when the matter is taken up Mr. Sinha does admit that during the pendency the results have been published on 24.11.2017, a copy of which is placed on record at Annexure-7 to the reply to the counter affidavit.

In the nature of the relief so prayed in the writ petition, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10756 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 matter has been rendered infructuous by publication of the result and it is now for the Agriculture Department to take expeditious steps in furtherance thereto.

The writ petition is disposed of.
