The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur) P. S. Case No. 487 of 2015 (G.R. No. 4303 of 2015) instituted under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that informant's grand daughter was teased by the accused persons while she went to attend tutorial classes and one day she became traceless and suspicion is raised against the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that girl was recovered from the house of one of the accused Md. Danish, and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated that she named only Lalan and Vikash and she has not

No.37580 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 stated about the involvement of this petitioner and the police, after investigation, not finding any evidence against this petitioner, not sent up him for trial and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Reshav Kumar Yadav @ Rishav Kumar Yadav @ Rishav Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur) P.S.Case No. 487 of 2015 (G.R.
