2. Petitioner seeks her regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 231.800 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the house and its nearby area of accused Chandan Pasi and from a Ford Car standing near the house of co-accused Chandan Pasi. Apprehended co-accused Kalawati Devi disclosed the names of petitioner and co-accused Chandan Pasi that they fled away seeing the police party.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is neither the owner nor driver of the car in question. Nothing has been

Petitioner is a lady who is in jail since 22.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.99 of 2025.
