4. By the impugned judgment, the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna was directed to dispose off the Election Dispute Case No. 75 of 2023 which was pending before him. The parties were given the liberty to approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies and take their respective stand/ raise all issues before him, who, after hearing the parties and perusing the records, would pass an order, without being prejudiced by any of the orders passed by any of the authorities referred to in the judgment.
5. Pursuant to the aforenoted direction in CWJC No. 10644 of 2023, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies has already disposed off the Election Dispute Case No. 75 of 2023 and the order passed by him has been put to challenge, which is pending consideration before a learned Single Judge of this Court.
