2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Allauli P.S. Case No. 397 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file regular bail application in the court below.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
