====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 11-10-2023 The present M.J.C./Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.12.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9543 of 2020.

2. Perusal of the records read with the reliefs sought

Patna High Court MJC No.2460 of 2022(5) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 in the aforementioned writ petition and representation are not tallying with each other. That apart, the petitioner has not apprised which are the Welfare Schemes to be implemented by the authorities. Merely mentioning that the Welfare Scheme is required to be implemented, is very vague and one cannot draw inference as to which are the relevant schemes to be implemented.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with specific prayer. Before filing such petition, the petitioner is required to approach the competent authority in filing representations for execution of particular existing schemes in detail. (P. B.
