In so far as the issue of payment of salary is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise the grievance before the appropriate forum.
Considering that the petitioner has returned to Patna under the orders placed on record in the interlocutory application, the issue has been rendered infructuous and the writ petition and the interlocutory application are disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) Surendra/- U
