Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner has not committed any forgery. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61758 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019.
