2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barabar Paryatak @ Barabar Paryatan (Vishunganj) P.S. Case No. 104/2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 333, 338, 353, 504, 506/34 I.P.C.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61705 of 2022. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that similarly situated co-accused Ankit Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Paryatak @ Barabar Paryatan (Vishunganj) P.S.
