21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Members of the outfit organization raided house of the informant. They were asking for his son Heman Yadav as well as Karu and to facilitate their presence, brutally assaulted Lochan Yadav, his another son. Subseqeuntly thereof, they succeeded in tracing out Heman Yadav whose hands were tied and then on an order of Sanjay Yadav, first Birendra Yadav shot at followed by the petitioner over his head as well as back as a result of which deceased succumb.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
