Petitioners are accused in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are the students. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 04.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
