2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 355 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b)/22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 13.171 Kg. of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not
