2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 504, 506, 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor boy. The petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2023. There is specific allegation against the petitioner.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and considering the materials available on record, I
