The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two empty cartridges are recovered from the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two empty cartridges are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64205 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019.
