2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 58/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section7(a) Prevention of Corruption Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has been trapped and caught accepting bribe.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.08.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the Vigilance Investigation Bureau have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the age and period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II -cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Bhagalpur /concerned Court below in connection with Vigilance P.S.
