The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali(Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.841 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons are involved in some illegal activity in the field of the school. When Sanni Bharti opposed, the petitioner having armed with different weapons came, abused and made firing. One firing hit on the pine of the ear of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not alleged to have made any firing. The petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17940 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 has got no criminal antecedent and he is a student of B.C.A. but it appears that the petitioner also came along with other accused persons having pistol in his arms and others fired causing firearm injury to the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
