JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment made over the Government land situated at mauzaRani Khaira, Anchal-Meenapur, Dist-Muzaffarpur. This Court is of the view that in case, the petitioner seeks removal of encroachment from the public land, he is required to approach the Circle Officer, Meenapur, Muzaffarpur under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and if it is found maintainable, the said Circle Officer shall take the same to its logical conclusion.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
