No. 34919 of 2017, that the petitioner shall be required to be present before the Court below as and when required and in the event of failure to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.

The petitioner seeks modification of the said order as according to him, the said condition of appearing before the Court below on every occasion is too onerous. The said order, dated 11.08.2017, does not require any modification.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
