2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302/34, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Pappu Yadav conspired with Md. Chand for killing the deceased Raju Yadav. Raju Yadav provided the shooters which includes Dharmendra @ Rohit S/o Md. Zameer. The petitioner was driving the motorcycle. He has been named in the self-inculpatory confessional statement of the co-accused Dharmendra @ Rohit , who has been identified in the CCTV footage. The petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
