The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bhabhua P.S.Case No.630 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Assistant Engineer. Road Sub- Division Bhabua-1, alleged that the petitioner sold three decimals of land in favour of one Pramila Devi whereas the lands were entered as Gairmajarua, Bihar Sarkar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lands remained in possession of the petitioner. The State of Bihar fought the litigation in Consolidation court and lost the litigation. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that this case appears
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17743 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 to be of civil nature, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, in Bhabua P.S.Case No.630 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
