JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P. S. Case No. 374 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. the petitioner is said to have taken Rs.50, 000/- as loan from the informant and when informant demanded the same, he assaulted by bricks, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is under Sections 323 and 406 of IPC. Now the matter has been compromised between the parties, which will appear from Annexure 2 and that is also mentioned in the impugned order.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P. S. Case No. 374 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
