The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.323 of 2012 registered for an offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is Nanad of the deceased. The husband was put on trial and he has been acquitted by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai on 11.01.2017 in Sessions Trial No.682 of 2016. The parents in laws of the deceased have been allowed anticipatory bail on 29.07.2016 in Cr.Misc.No.27520 of 2016. The allegation against this petitioner is omnibus and her case stands on better footing. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39365 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.323 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
