The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No. 326 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to inordinate and unexplained delay of nine days in institution of the FIR as also the fact that there is case and counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11750 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Araria in Raniganj P. S. Case No. 326 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
