2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 85, 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant alleged that his sister was married with co-accused Dr. Abhijeet Sinha in the year 2012 and out of the wedlock, three children were born, in the meantime, his sister got knowledge regarding illicit relation of her husband with another woman, then she started objecting, on which, her husband, mother-in-law Nilam Sinha (petitioner) and others started assaulting and torturing his sister for which informant

It is further alleged that on 03.07.2025 at about 13:00 hrs, this petitioner informed informant on mobile that his sister has hung herself and tried to commit suicide and they are taking her to Hospital for treatment and after sometimes he got information that his sister was referred to P.M.C.H. for better treatment, where doctor declared her death.
4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.
5. Learned counsel for opposite parties vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
6. However, considering the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased and husband of deceased is already in custody, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.
7. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
