JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty party politics. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is only alleged to be a member of the mob. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7579 of 2018(2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
