JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mainatand P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first informant report. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Ibran Alam as recorded in para-67 of the case diary. The said Ibran Alam has already been granted bail by coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17482 of 2017.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
