JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alauli P. S. Case No. 37 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have fired on the deceased, causing fire arm injuries, due to which, deceased succumbed injury and died.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are two different type of story during the course of investigation and the injuries does not corroborate the prosecution case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that there are direct

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
