JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 The prayer of the petitioner herein is for payment of medical bills submitted by the petitioner for reimbursement of expenses incurred in his treatment.

The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the counter-affidavit has submitted that the District Programme Officer Establishment (Education), Siwan by his letter dated 1.7.2016 has already recommended for payment of a sum of Rs.7,94,515.00 to the petitioner herein on account of medical reimbursement.

In view of the aforesaid, it would be fruitless to keep

Patna High Court CWJC No.11494 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 the writ petition pending, hence the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to make payment of admitted dues to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
