The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No.25 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 23.09.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.13300 of 2021 and order dated 30.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.11134 of 2022. The petitioner has again renewed his prayer for bail by filing this application.
Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner in the present application and he
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71773 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 is the main assailant, as such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year. It is made clear that if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
