2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 26.07.2023. As a matter of fact, the deceased was suffering from various ailment and during treatment she died. In this case, charge has already been framed.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Kochadhaman
