The present application is being filed seeking certain modification in judgment/order dated 06.03.2024 passed in CWJC No.16113 of 2023, passed by this Court, modifying the order to the extent that earlier six week time was granted to the petitioner to approach before Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (for short CGRF ), but due to fracture in the left leg of grandmother who is aged about 100 years, the petitioner could not raise the issue before the CGRF, Bhagalpur,

Patna High Court MJC No.3514 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 so time may be extended to further 4 week to raise the issue before the CGRF, Bhagalpur.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

4. A further time of four weeks is granted to comply the order dated 06.03.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16113 of 2023.
