The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017, registered for offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 421 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that in pursuance of the order dated 07.11.2019, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- before the court of ACJM-VI, Nawada. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64128 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 custody since 30.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
