Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "I. For issuance of appropriate direction to the concerned Respondent authority to constitute a high level
Patna High Court CWJC No.22324 of 2019 dt.02-08-2022 2/3 committee for enquiry with respect to scam of Government Fund provided for completion of Government Scheme named as SAAT NISCHAY YOJNA ( सातननशशययोजना) of the Government in Gram Panchayat Panapur, P.S. Mohaniya, District Kaimur for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18.
II. For setting aside the order dated 25.07.2019 passed in complaint Case No. 531110110091800794/1A passed by 1st appellate Authority passed by the Additional Collector (Public Grievance Redressal Authority) Bhabhua, Kaimur by which the order passed by the Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Authority, Mohaniya, Kaimur was uphold corresponding to the order dated 01.06.2019 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Authority in complaint case No. 531110110091800794 vide order dated 11.07.2019 and for issuance of appropriate direction to the concerned authority to investigate the matter with respect to the scheme introduced by the Government i.e. SAAT NISCHAY YOJNA ( सातननशशय योजना) with aid of skilled Technical Team, as ordered to complete the work as per scheme for the betterment of the people at large.
III. For direction to the concerned authority to investigate the matter by independent agency and after enquiry if any, the guilty person may be penalized with appropriate punishment."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
