Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.193 of 2019 dated 16.6.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.. As per FIR, the police got information of manufacturing of liquor near the bank of the river and on that information raided the place of the occurrence and the petitioner and other accused persons were seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence and it is said that Mukhiya and others were engaged in manufacturing of liquor.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been named. He has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.193 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
