Permission is granted. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail before the learned court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on his so surrendering his prayer of regular bail shall be considered on the same day taking into consideration that there is case and counter case.
