2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of cheating Rs. 1 Lakh 80 Thousand from the informant. Petitioner is in jail since 14.07.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner initially argued the bail on merits and subsequently he has said that petitioner is ready to compensate the loss caused to the informant without accepting his guilt.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022 subject to condition that:- 7(i). A demand draft of Rs. 1,80,000/- shall be deposited in the court below at the time of furnishing bail bond and if such an amount is deposited by the petitioner, the same shall be released in favour of the informant by the court below.
