2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(B)(ii)/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 4.5 kg of Ganja from the house of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2024.

5. Considering the huge quantity of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
