12-02-2018 Heard Sri Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt. Veena Kumari Jaiswal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Five petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 832 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 147, 149, 188, 323, 341 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against 100-125 accused persons.

Besides hearing, I have perused the material on record

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6805 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 and considering the fact that all the petitioners are female as well as nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let aforesaid five petitioners namely 1. Ahilya Devi, 2. Beena Devi, 3. Sobha Devi, 4. Gita Devi and 5. Punita Devi @ Punta Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 832 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
