In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No.224 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 379, 427, 506, 386, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. In the F.I.R. no specific allegation has been made against this petitioner rather, the allegation has been made against the husband of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute this fact.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her

No.72903 of 2019(19) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge, IV - cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case no.224 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is also accused in different criminal cases and has not surrendered himself to face the trial. However, that matter is not before this Court, so this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of that case but, it is expected that the Police must ensure the implementation of law equally and whoever is violating the law, should be brought behind the bar.
