The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019 in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the Paultry firm.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
