JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Sharad Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Dhaka (Pachpokhari) P.S. Case No.113 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 452, 380, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except general and omnibus allegation, there is nothing against the petitioners, whereas there was specific allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7050 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 four other accused persons, who gave injury on the person of son of the informant by sharp-cutting weapon. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

However, after going through the F.I.R. , the Court is satisfied that it is not a case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
